当店は男性も女性も利用可能な高知市のリラクゼーションサロンとなっております。
施術は、当店が準備している施術着に着替えていただき、着衣で行います。
お着替えしたくない場合は遠慮なくお申し付けください。
但し、施術に向かない服装の場合はお着替えをお願いする場合がございますので、ご了承くださいませ。
Our shop is a relaxation salon in Kochi City that can be used by both men and women.
The treatment is done by changing into the treatment clothes prepared by our store and wearing clothes.
If you don't want to change your clothes, please don't hesitate to let me know.

- 施術内容 -
KU-HAKUは、首肩こりに対して〝血流〟を意識した施術を行います。
足浴から始まり足元から暖かくした血液を、足裏→ふくらはぎ→肩甲骨周り→首→頭部の順番で施術し、全身に巡らせていきます。
リフレクソロジー
足裏の反射区を刺激することで、全身の健康を促進しリラクゼーションを促す施術です。
肩甲骨はがし
肩甲骨周りをほぐし、周囲の筋肉の柔軟性や血行を良くすることで、肩こりを緩和します。
ヘッドマッサージ
頭皮や筋肉を揉みほぐし、血行を促進してリラックス効果やストレス解消を図り、首こりや頭痛の緩和を促します。

KU-HAKUオススメのコースは、ハーブテント式スチームサウナに入っていただいた後にリラクゼーションメニューをセットで受けていただくことです。
全身を温め、血管を拡張させ血流が良くなった状態で施術を受けていただくことで、酸素や栄養物質を身体に効率よく運ぶことができます。また、老廃物や疲労物質の排出もスムーズになります。

空白時間とは...
KU-HAKUでは、全メニュー施術後の３０分は、お客様にゆっくりしていただく時間を確保しています。
この時間を空白時間と呼んでおり、ご褒美ドリンクを提供いたしますので、飲みながら本を読んだり、プロジェクターで好きな映像を見たり、少し寝てみたり。お好きなことをする時間に充ててください。
KU-HAKU ensures that customers have time to relax for 30 minutes after all menu procedures.
